Breadcrumbs for filled products

Our breadcrumbs are made by grinding gluten-free bread, which itself is made to a special recipe, and according to the intended use of the breadcrumbs. Specific uses (meat, fish, breading or stuffing) call for the particular features of gluten-free breadcrumbs and, in this respect, we at AlpiPan are pleased to offer up our expertise to both customers and the food industry in order to satisfy their technical needs with regard to breadcrumb use, including in the application of industrial breading systems.
